DIRECTIONS
The best time to apply this solution is first thing in the morning and at night before going to bed. Applying the cleanser in the morning gets rid of toxins that come to your skin's surface while sleeping, and at night to clear away makeup and the dust and grime from your busy day.
First, dampen your face and neck with a warm cloth or flannel. You only need a small amount of cleanser on your fingers and spread it over your face and neck, massage in circles starting at your neck and work upwards. Massaging is great for healthy blood circulation and working in circles as it helps to lift the fine hairs on your face to remove everything. If your skin is damp the cleanser will gently foam up.
Remove with a warm damp face cloth or in the shower. Make sure it's warm water and not hot – hot will encourage blood vessels closer to the skin's surface creating redness. Use a facecloth or gentle stream of water in the shower to wash away all the cleanser and all the nasties.
